- Newly Developed Area: The campground has expanded with a newly developed area, offering modern amenities and exclusive options for retirees or those considering retirement. This area features 50×100 sites with full hookups, including water, sewer, and 50 amp service. Wi-Fi is also available for purchase. The area is reserved for units that are 10 years old or newer and accommodates Park Models, Destination Homes, Motor Homes, or Fifth Wheels. There’s also the option to add a Dura-Bilt Three Season Room for additional comfort and enjoyment.
