Birches Lakeside Campground is a fantastic destination spot for outdoor enthusiasts, especially those who enjoy Lake life like fishing and boating. Here’s a summary of your offerings:
- Location: Situated on a picturesque 11-mile lake, our campground provides access to excellent fishing opportunities for bass, brown trout, and pike, as well as recreational activities such as boating, canoeing, and kayaking.
- Marina: On-site marina features three poly floating dock systems with over 80 slips, accommodating watercraft in water depths ranging from 2 to 12 feet. Additionally, we offer a wooden dock system along the shore and cove area, providing over 100 available slips for guests.
- Boat Slip Rentals: Boat slips are available for rent by the day, week, or for the season, typically from Memorial Day weekend in May through Labor Day weekend in September. Reservations are required in advance to secure a slip. Boat launch fee may apply if not renting one of our boat slips.
- Boat Launch: A concrete boat ramp and launch are available for guests to easily access the water.
- Inspection: All boats going in or out of the water are subject to inspection for the purpose of the searching for invasive plant life. - Gas and Rentals: Marine-grade boat gas and rentals, including canoes and kayak are offered on-site for guests to enjoy your time on the water. Rental options are available by the day or hour.
