All rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children regardless of the number of beds per unit.
These units are on the water with a private deck and swing. They are fully equipped, one bedroom park models with a full size bed and bunks and a pull out couch or futon. These are the modern, less rustic of all our rental units. These units do not have heat but they do have a window AC in the bedroom.
