Birches Campground offers a variety of accommodation options for guests who prefer not to bring their own RV. Here’s a summary of the cottage and Park Model home offerings:

• Housekeeping Cottages: There are six housekeeping cottages available for rental, providing a comfortable and convenient stay for guests. Most cottages are situated along the cove, nestled under tall hemlock and pine trees, offering a serene atmosphere. Cottages #1, 5, and 6 are equipped with either gas or electric heat for added comfort. While cabins 1, 5, and 6 have fireplaces, they are non-working. Air conditioning is not provided in the cabins.
• Park Model Homes: Additionally, there are four Park Model homes available for rental, providing a modern and spacious accommodation option for guests who prefer not to bring an RV.
• Pet Policy: Birches Campground welcomes dogs with a maximum limit of 2 dogs per unit. However, dogs must be registered at the time the reservation is made, and there is a daily fee of $10 per dog. Aggressive dogs are not permitted, and all dogs must be tied at all times. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets to maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests.

With its range of accommodation options and pet-friendly policies, Birches Campground ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, whether they prefer the amenities of a cottage or the convenience of a Park Model home.

All cottages have full baths with showers and kitchens, they are equipped with basic kitchen necessities including large and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and microwave. All units sleep four to seven people. Cottage occupancy WILL NOT exceed the number beds available in a given unit. Please bring sleeping bags or bed linens, towels and pillows.

All units include basic cable TV, a picnic table, fire ring, and gas grills.

Cottage rentals DO NOT include a boat slip. Boat slip rentals must be done in advance of your stay. We do not allow boat trailers to be parked near the cottages, we do have additional parking area.

We do not provide bedding and towels, please bring your own

Cottage Rental Policies

All Rental Units are available from Sunday to Sunday  from the third weekend in June through to the third weekend in August. Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children regardless of the number of beds per unit. Tents at cottages are not allowed unless approved at the time of the reservation at an additional fee of $35/night per tent. Maximum of two vehicles allowed per cabin.

2 night minimum reservations accepted after May 1st  through Columbus Day except for when we require a Sunday to Sunday rental only, which is from June 19th through August 21st.
3 night minimum stay required for Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends.
Security Deposit may be required.

COTTAGE CHECK-IN is 2:00 pm. We reserve the right to charge for an additional Day if check in is prior to 2:00 pm.
COTTAGE CHECK-OUT is 10:00 am. We reserve the right to charge an additional $25/for each 15 mins after the 10:00 a.m check out time.
**please note during the peak of the season we often have to clean all the cabins in a short period of time so check in time of 2:00 pm is strictly adhered to.**  For rules and policies go to the “CONTACT” tab above then drop down to “CAMPGROUND RULES”.
